So it has been a while since my last post- big sorry to my 9 followers! December can barely be called a month, it goes by so fast. I felt as though I didn't have a chance to breathe, never mind blog! We had a great Christmas, our first out of three that we stayed home and did what we wanted. It was really relaxing and fun!
Ryan has been picking up more and more hours at the P.V. Manor and slowly but surely is building up seniority- so that's awesome! We are so thankful, it's a real answer to prayer. Life on call is definitely... interesting, but we are getting used to it. It's really nice that Ryan works in Armstrong so he can always walk to work if I have our only vehicle in Vernon.
These pictures were taken a Silver Star- we love to skate around on the frozen pond. Dad, Dave and Ryan cannot get enough pond hockey, while Hannah and I like to skate around in circles, drink hot apple cider and sit by the campfire. Our goal is to get Mom and Laura out one time, even though they say they don't like skating, I know we will have a barrel of fun anyways!
So even though the icy roads, 11 inches of snow, and cold toes are really annoying, I guess winter isn't all that bad. Peace out.
Wow, pretty pictures Amanda! I don't like skating either but I would come to take pictures and drink hot chocolate! haha... Glad you're finding a good use fro winter! :)
